(Day 4)

It’s a beautiful day to enjoy a walk and get some, “fresh air.” This morning, I lifted weights..haha,,,nothing intense, it’s a 5lb weight that I use for my arms , to avoid “arm flab.”

I have a routine where after showering, I perform from 30-60 squats, 15-30 back leg lifts, sidebends, too. Those exercises, prepare me for the day.

I began that routine about 3 years ago, when my children commented on my flat behind. It’s not “flat anymore.”

Just commenting here, that it, “takes time and discipline,” to fix or change your body. I won’t even say it was not easy. It was nothing, I did the exercises. Changed some eating habits. Then, results.
