I enjoy writing, exercising, eating healthy (most of the time), I have always loved the outdoors, whether it is bike riding, softball, running. I love being in the sun.
Like so many others, I find myself starting an exercise routine and then something disrupts my schedule and I slip back into watching too much television and becoming inactive.
Joining an expensive fitness center is not “fun” to me. I am 53. A young 53, though! There are ample ways to find enough activity to be regularly active without joining a club. I have managed to maintain a fairly good figure without too much difficulty, by watching my food/calorie intake & finding some type of exercise that will suffice. Walking is Always, A Great Option!
