Diet (Day 1)

I have been “driving on and off throughout the day,” when I am on the road, I tend to eat whatever is quick. I knew, that I’d have to deal with that, so I took 2 walks. I feel enough energy for more activity, however it is raining.

Since, changing my blog to add more lifestyle stuff, “I feel” inspired! I have no intention of letting myself down, writing down my daily activities, is a good idea. I suggest, to anyone looking to make drastic changes to write about it. As Dr Phil might say, “own it.”
